Saran was a pleasure to talk to and kept busy making sure we were comfortable. The Wi-Fi was among the best I’ve had in a hotel, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The property was well cared for. My only issue was the setting: it’s down a narrow lane with no view, there aren’t eateries nearby, and the hotel menu is limited, with some dishes unavailable.

The food had that home-cooked taste, and Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Housekeeping cleaned every day and did a great job. I stayed five nights and felt very respected by the staff. Security was also very tight.

Archana and her husband Robin gave us a lot of personal attention and were excellent hosts. Their own travel service can help sort out many sightseeing needs. The place was well maintained, and both the room and food were really good.

After check-in, the staff were rude and wouldn’t agree to hold our luggage for a day while we went out. We were also charged extra to park our bikes in the hotel’s own parking area. When we asked for mildly spicy food, they put in so much mirch powder that we all got sick. The worst hotel and service I’ve experienced.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits right on the main road, within easy reach of the city’s other attractions. The rooms are quite large too. A good place to stay if you’re on a tight budget.
