FabHotel Classic Heights - Near Yelahanka Railway Station

At midnight I was left stranded with nowhere to go. The hotel denied the services listed in my booking, saying the online site had paid them less. They wouldn't even provide basic things like breakfast and towels, and the reception staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, like street thugs. The booking website also had no idea how to refund the money I'd paid for breakfast. The administration is careless and pathetic, and leaves customers to suffer. This was absolutely the worst experience.

The hotel itself is decent, but the contact number listed on Google isn't. Calling it redirects you to a different booking agency called FabInida, where they ask you to pay some or all of the amount. The hotel won't accept that booking, so don't call the number in Google contact to book here.

The property was tucked far inside and hard to find. I booked through goibibo because of the fabhotel brand name, and paid 1300 rs. At reception, a guy claiming to be the owner said he wouldn't give rooms at that rate and told me to ask them to increase my fare. The room wasn't worth 1300 anyway. It was smaller than it looked, with garbage outside the hotel rooms, and felt like a pg. The property's cleanliness and standards were awful, but the man's disrespectful tone and rude behavior were worse. He told me I wouldn't get a room that cheap and to wait until they increased his money. He also said they don't provide toiletries. I left without staying, but couldn't cancel the property because the option wasn't available after check-in time. This was my worst experience at any property. I hope Goibibo and Fabhotel take action.

The location is really bad, and after I booked on the agoda app, the owner refused to let me in and demanded extra cash. It wasted my time, energy, and money. Terrible hotel. Don't book here.
