Parkwood Suites

I used to stay here every time because the service and basic amenities worked well for someone going to the office. But this time I noticed water leaking from the flush and draining toward the shower, and all the staff seemed new. Has the management changed in the last year? Something doesn't seem right.

My company arranged this accommodation as part of my rocation. The room was decent, but the night front desk person was extremely rude and made the stay very unpleasant. Don't bother booking here.

The location and price aren't enough to make up for the treatment here. Complaints were ignored, and even ordinary questions made me feel as if I were asking for a favor. The evening receptionist, an older man, shouted at guests, seemed constantly irritated, and could turn aggressive over the slightest inquiry. He was rude, unapproachable, and had no basic manners with guests. I've stayed in countless hotels across the country and never been treated so badly by staff. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel I have to warn others. If you care about your peace of mind, cleanliness, and basic decency, stay away.

Keep your room, old man. When I asked to see rooms for the next night, the older evening receptionist couldn't even look up from his seat. After a few seconds he said, "We only take online bookings." I said okay, then asked to see the rooms. Another ten seconds passed before he told me, "We don't have basic room available," even though I hadn't said what type I was looking for. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone was right about him being the worst thing about this hotel. A horrible host and the worst receptionist I've ever met in India or abroad.
