I booked only after checking with both OYO customer care and the hotel manager about a 6 AM early check-in. I explained I had no other option and needed confirmation, and both assured me it would definitely be arranged. But when I arrived early in the morning, they told me there were no rooms and to come at 11. The staff were careless, gave no proper response, and showed no professionalism. The manager stopped answering my calls. This was the worst service I've experienced, and I'm very disappointed. It's completely irresponsible to make promises just to get bookings, with no respect for customers.

We booked online and paid half, but when we arrived they said they were sold out, even though they had two rooms empty. Both boys at reception were drunk, spoke rudely to the girls, and used slang in their Karnataka mother tongue. One of the worst hotels in all of India.

The bus stop being nearby was a real plus, and the hygiene throughout the property was especially good. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were professional and kind. We had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience.

Room comfort and size, cleanliness, the bed, and bathroom condition all matter, along with amenities like AC and Wi-Fi. I'd also look at noise, staff service, and whether it's good value for money.
