A waste of money and a poor experience. The apartment had cockroaches, the bathrooms were dirty, and the towels provided were soiled. The rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained, and the manager and security behaved extremely badly.

The stay itself was beautiful and we had a great experience. The front desk person was kind and helpful, but Raju made me uncomfortable by looking at girls in a different way, even when I came down to get my lunch. We had also requested an AC flat and were told none was available. After checking in, we were asked lots of unnecessary questions about our flat number and whether we were guests or visitors. Those things were really irritating and annoying.

We’ve booked this place twice for a large group of wedding guests. The rooms, kitchen, and hall are fully furnished and well maintained, and it’s in a gated community. Staff were courteous and very good. It’s close to Mysuru road, opposite Rajarajeshwari Nagar arch, and within walking distance of the metro station. I’d definitely recommend it.

I still stand by my original review. The experience was genuinely disappointing, and I hope the feedback helps improve customer service and communication. The response I received felt defensive and dismissive instead of empathetic. A sincere apology and a proper investigation would have been more professional. I booked on 8th March and received confirmation by email that day. I then checked with Shankar, who confirmed the booking was valid. On 12th March I checked the website and saw it had been canceled without notice. I sent Shankar a screenshot over WhatsApp and called him for an explanation, but he couldn't answer. I did not check into the hotel, as claimed. I checked the website. I called again the next day and got no answer. When I tried once more an hour later, Shankar said he'd check with management and get back to me. He later called to say management canceled the booking because of a bulk booking. It took several follow-ups from me to get that answer. Please check my screenshots. Your response says the manager called me first to explain the cancellation, but that isn't true. I received no call or voicemail. If a call had been made, a follow-up email or text would have been more professional. I've attached screenshots of the communications. Do they show any missed calls that I didn't pick up? Whether the cancellation happened a month ahead or just a day ahead, customers should be told promptly. You email a confirmation when someone books, so you should email them if you cancel it too. I take honest reviews seriously. Please check your facts before accusing me of posting a false review.
