Fabexpress Park Residency

After an 18-hour journey with our 2-year-old, waiting another hour for a room was exhausting and annoying. We'd booked 2 weeks ahead and made a partial payment, but the receptionist first said there was no room. We had to contact Booking.com customer care to get it sorted. The place looks nothing like the photos, and the service was average. Breakfast is included but they serve it only by 10am, so you may have to skip it or lose half the day. One morning we waited until 10 and, after several requests, they ordered food from a roadside stall. It was very poor. This might be okay for bachelors, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The manager's behavior at reception was poor, and the service was really bad. They charge extra at check-in. Please don't book this hotel.

They refused to serve the breakfast I'd paid extra for, citing a timing issue. The room was filthy, and I saw a mouse on the floor. The manager and other staff showed no respect for customers. My check-in was supposed to be from 12 PM until 11 AM the next day, but I arrived a little late at 2 PM and found they'd given my room to someone else, seemingly for profit. I had to wait until 3 PM to get a room. FabExpress customer service wouldn't take responsibility or offer a refund. A terrible experience.

The location was the only real plus. The room was very small, cleanliness was just okay, and staff behavior was fine, but the service was bad. Insects were crawling around the bathroom, and water leaked from there into the room. Breakfast was included in our booking, but none was provided by 10:30, so we left without it to catch our train.
