I've booked Treebo hotels regularly for work, including in Indore and Bangalore, but this visit with our child was a mess. We even had to ask for a dustbin, and room service was basically nonexistent. When we ordered food, staff said the owner had instructed them to make us come upstairs and collect it ourselves. We had to request toiletries, towels, and even glasses. The reception staff were cleaning rooms, and the room phone didn't work, so staff told us to call their personal number. In short, we paid to serve ourselves. This hotel is damaging the Treebo name. Be cautious about places operating under it.

I stayed at FabExpress, Jaipur house for two nights, 23-25/02/2019, and it was my first time at any fab hotel. I left feeling cheated. The room was cramped compared with how it looked on their official websites. The linen didn't cover the mattress, leaving about 20% exposed, and the quilt cover was dirty. There was no water from the bathroom taps. I reported it, and they switched on the motor, saying water would come in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes the taps were still dry, so I checked out. Everyone was asleep at 7 am, and I had to wake the reception guy to ask for tea. It arrived at 8, just as I was checking out. I'd asked for lemon tea, but there was no lemon. I also didn't get my comp breakfast, and didn't see a point in asking since they apparently don't expect anyone to eat before 8. Nobody apologized for any of this. It was a pathetic experience, and other budget hotel chains are much better than this Fab.

We'd paid the full amount in advance for an online booking, but when we arrived, we found out they had cancelled it without telling us. They'd booked some foreigners instead for a much higher amount. The person there was rude and said the payment would be refunded after 15 days. The worst hotel.

Food wasn't really available at the hotel, just thalis to order. The room I got didn't feel premium. The bathroom was large, but hygiene wasn't maintained very well. I'd choose this place only if I were traveling alone and on a tight budget.

The location wasn't good, and when I got there at 2:0 am, the receptionist was asleep. There wasn't even one breakfast option to choose from. Terrible, it doesn't deserve a star.
