OYO 45641 Ekta My Stay

The room was in poor condition. The furniture and sheets looked used, and the sheets hadn't even been washed. At check-in, staff insisted that I pay offline even though my booking through Oyo customer care was prepaid. When I refused, the staff member argued and said I could check in right away only if I paid offline, otherwise I'd have to wait until after 12 o'clock. My experience with the hotel was very bad. I also have a complaint for the Oyo customer care center. They should make sure the hotels listed with them don't demand extra money from customers. If people keep reporting problems with a hotel, Oyo should remove it. Guests find places in an unfamiliar city by searching on Oyo, and bad behavior or improper payment demands once they arrive make the whole service a poor experience. I hope the Oyo team takes complaints like this seriously and works on them.

In the middle of the night, they told me to wait outside on the road and contact customer care to cancel my booking. They wouldn't let me check in and said I had to cancel and pay cash to get a room, no matter which platform I booked through. The behavior was awful and they had no manners. I can't recommend this place. Stay safe.

The room was clean and had a nice interior, and there was a bathtub too. They also offered in-room dining. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for the great service, guys. We'll come back soon.

The airport is very close, and I'd stay here again in an instant. It's good budget accommodation, with a choice of single beds in a larger room or smaller private rooms. The lift is excellent, the proprietors are good, and the roof has nice views. It's hard to find, and the name is unfortunately too complicated for rickshaw drivers. Look for a larger landmark first, then zoom in. There aren't any nearby places to eat, though some restaurants are not too far away.
