Fabhotel Cm Palace

The food was really tasty, and the hotel team were very polite. Rooms were clean, and things like the AC and LED lights were in very good condition. CM Palace Hotel always gives superb service. I'd suggest visiting.

The meal was a mess: the food took two hours, and the rice was spoiled. We had ordered simple Indian food, and the quality and quantity were poor for the high price. The room wasn't much better. It was dirty, the TV didn't work, and there was no AC remote. The wardrobe was full of spoiled plates and leftover food, though they cleaned that up later. I asked them to change the bed linens, but they didn't. I'd booked a classic room through OYO and paid after they confirmed my booking on the phone. Once I arrived, they weren't happy because I'd received an online payment discount. Very bad experience.

There's a bike repair shop right in front of the hotel, which is a big plus for riders like me. I'm a rider and often stop here overnight. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the washroom is especially well maintained, and the staff are helpful and courteous. One of Jaipur's best budget hotels.

We left without having breakfast, even though it was included in the package, because of the state of the hotel. The room smelled so bad that I had to ask for air freshener. There was a chocolate wrapper in the wardrobe, and cockroaches were moving around the table and wardrobe areas. The linen was very dirty; I requested a change, but the replacement wasn't good either. In the morning I called reception for toothpaste, but nobody answered. Only after I complained to Fabhotel did they bring some, bought from a nearby shop. I booked through Fabhotel, and the executive's photos didn't even come close to what we were given. At reception they said the room was ready, but it wasn't. I'd urge Fabhotel to do random checks at hotels like this. Other customers should take note and avoid booking here. I'm reconsidering booking through Fabhotel too. I'll attach photos.
