The AC heater and cooler didn't work. I arrived in winter and was given a fan with heating, so I guess in summer they give you a regular fan. I was also moved out of my room without permission when they had a wedding, to another run-down building that was dirty and rusty, with no breakfast. Staff sometimes came in without asking or knocking. At night, what I can only describe as local mafia roamed the hotel and tried my door several times. I was glad I kept it locked. At breakfast, I saw several young guys staring at me. Avoid this hotel.

The staff were attentive, and the room felt roomy and comfortable. The food was delicious, too. The place was spotless and well kept, and I had a really wonderful stay at Hotel South Sona City. I'd happily recommend it.

The food was a letdown, but the rooms were good and the place was clean. The setting is pleasant and quiet, and works for solo guests or groups.

We were completely satisfied. The meals were fresh and hygienic, and the staff were excellent with us. It's in a nice spot near the metro station, and we had a very nice experience.

The room rates are reasonable, and the view from the room is lovely. There are lots of trees and a garden at the hotel, which adds to the great ambience. The rooms are excellent, and it's centrally located in gurugram.
