The rooms and toilets are clean and spacious, and they're good for the price. The location is convenient too, about 5-7 minutes from HUDA metro station and NH-48, with no nighttime entry restrictions. Reception staff can be a little rude about payment issues. They say the owner is very strict and pressure you to do things their way.

The floor, sheets, and pillows were filthy, and basic toiletries were missing. Staff were rude too, which made an already disappointing stay worse. FabHotel Corporate Suite Sector 45, Gurgaon seems to put profit ahead of guest comfort. With hygiene and service like this, I strongly advise against booking with FabHotel. Avoid it.

Rooms, service, and the locality were all terrible. I wouldn't recommend this to families or people visiting for work. Maybe it suits unmarried couples, but I had one of the worst experiences possible.

At least the washroom was clean. The room itself wasn't cleaned properly, and the cupboard had empty alcohol bottles. The ashtray was dirty too. They first gave me a refilled Bisleri bottle, but after I checked it closely and pointed it out, they brought a new one. The pillows and sheets looked as if they hadn't been washed after repeated use, with dirt and hair all over. There was no shower kit at first. When I asked, they only brought two small Medimix soaps, costing 3Rs each.
