I booked ten days at the best price compared with other competitors and had a great experience. The property is fully maintained, the rooms were as clean as a hotel room, and daily housekeeping kept them feeling fresh. The property manager was helpful too. Kudos to Team housr for making it feel homely.

They only get in touch when they’re trying to sell you something. After that, customer service disappears. I’ve followed up several times, but my security deposit is still stuck with them.

My deposit still hadn’t been refunded after the 60 “working” days their website claims, yet they charge interest if rent is even a day late. I wouldn’t stay at any Housr property.

I’m moving to another Housr property after six months here. The staff have been attentive and supportive, and I’ll miss the lovely garden view from my room.

After you leave, the manager stops replying to texts, calls, and emails. They don’t return your security deposit, and they misappropriate it.
