Helpful staff and good management. The room was clean and comfortable, and the place is good value for money. Highly recommend it.

The location is good, the area feels very safe, and the rooms are quite large for the price. But there were water outages in the bathroom at random times during the day. The bed was made from two single mattresses rather than one double, which wasn't very comfortable. Service was slow, the food wasn't good, and there was a really bad smell in the hotel.

Hotel Gracia exceeded my expectations during my recent trip to Gurgaon. The room was a comfortable place to return to after a day exploring the city. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, with top-notch amenities. The bed was luxuriously soft and gave me a restful night's sleep.

Our family booked this hotel for a roka function, and the whole event turned into chaos. We felt ashamed in front of our guests. They had only one waiter for 60 people, despite promising 7-8 at booking, so guests were left waiting for food. The ice cream ran out just minutes after serving began, and the manager said it had melted. They couldn't provide these basic facilities, which made the hotel seem incapable of running the event. The hospitality was the worst. Never book this hotel.
