Bloom Hotel - Medicity Gurugram, Near Medanta Hospital

I’ve been staying at Bloom since the 13th, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. The hotel has a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. Aniket and Rahul have been especially supportive and helpful, always ready to assist and providing excellent service. I really appreciate the hospitality.

The bigger issue was the cafe/restaurant downstairs, "Coromandel". We ordered hakka noodles and veg stir fry in hunan sauce. The noodles came full of tumeric and contaminated oil, while the stir fry was basically salt and pepper with overcooked vegetables. They also charged a delivery fee to bring it from the ground floor to the 2nd floor, a total waste of money. Order from somewhere else or eat out. Even in an emergency, don’t eat there. As for the hotel, cleanliness was just okayish, with dust on the floor and bedsheets. The toilet flush didn’t work well either.

The hotel and stay were good and relatively clean, though some of the towels provided had spots on them. Helper neeraj did an excellent job helping with room cleaning, taking out the trash, and bringing fresh towels and water bottles.

The ambience was bright and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Muskan at reception was especially polite and professional, always greeting us with a warm smile. She made check-in smooth and guided us well throughout the stay, which really added to the experience. Highly recommend Bloom Hotel for a visit, great staff, service, and vibes.
