I’d paid for the room and told them I’d be checking in late, but when I got to the property at 4.30AM with my family, they said it was sold out and there was no room for me. Being left without a room at that hour was a terrible experience. Be careful booking here.

My sister asked for a one-hour extension beyond the usual checkout time, but he refused, saying the hotel was fully booked, even though there was no one around. You know the trick when he’s willing to give that extra hour for 60% more.

The manager said the Oyo amount was too low and demanded more money before allowing us to check in. Then he rudely told his people to escort us out. NEVER VISIT THERE EVER AGAIN.

The room was awful. At booking they said breakfast was available, but when I arrived there was none. The bedsheets were very dirty and there was no water. The plates they gave us for outside food were extremely oily and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, the geyser wasn’t working, and there was no chair table.
