I spent about a year at different Royal residence group properties, including around 3-4 months at this one. It felt very homely. The rooms were kept in excellent condition, with strong cleanliness and maintenance standards, and there was a good range of food. Reception staff, guards, and CCTV gave the property a high level of security. Housekeeping and laundry were prompt. I don’t think any serviced apartment in the NCR matches their quality.

I really enjoyed staying here, especially how hygienic everything was. The food was very good too. The room had plenty of space, a balcony, and useful amenities including a TV, study table, sofas, AC, electric kettle, and cupboard.

This is a newly opened branch of Royal Residence, and the rooms are tidy and very nice. I found the employees friendly, helpful, and well behaved, and the hospitality and service were fantastic. The food was delicious as well. Communication with guests could be improved a little, though. It’s a really cool guest house. Thank you for the service, Royal Residence.

The roads leading there are full of potholes, and the location doesn’t feel right. There’s no power backup, and the food wasn’t good either.

For official business in town, this is an affordable and decent place to stay. Just don’t expect the kind of service you’d get from a 3/4/5 star hotel. Otherwise, it’s okay.
