Hyatt Regency Gurgaon

The care around my wife’s gluten intolerance made a big difference. Each morning, breakfast chefs Anoop, Ramu, Muskan and Anil worked hard to make sure she had safe, tasty options, which gave us peace of mind. At lunch, chef Anmol provided excellent service, and dinner chef Gautam also took care to have gluten-free options available. Narish, the Indian bread tandoori chef, served me with a smile. The breakfast waiting staff, especially Sharad, Anoop and Nikkal, were outstanding, always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile. Everyone we met was friendly, attentive and professional, a real credit to the Hyatt brand. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon and highly recommend it, especially for anyone with dietary needs.

Arif from the IRD team was quick to respond and provided excellent room service. He was polite and made sure everything arrived on time. Nishant was professional and helpful, too, and made dining smooth and pleasant. The staff’s hospitality made our stay at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon memorable. The room was clean and well maintained, the atmosphere was great, and the stay was very comfortable. I’d recommend the hotel and would gladly return.

I’ve stayed here several times, and there has been a problem every time, whether with room service, housekeeping, laundry or the rooms. They took an hour to bring just fruit and juice for breakfast. After I asked for my room to be cleaned, it went untouched all day, and they only realized they’d forgotten when I returned. I handed over laundry with a specific time in mind, but they didn’t even collect it. The rooms are dirty and dingy, and the carpet smells. The staff are average and the food is good, but the hospitality and service don’t feel like five-star service. For the same price, several other hotels offer much better service. In my view, this should be three stars at most. The phone doesn’t work, there was no hot water in peak winter, and the shower pressure was poor. I tried speaking to the manager, but he cut off the call and didn’t call back. Very, very disappointing. Please don’t bother with this hotel. It’s horrible and not worth the money.

We celebrated our anniversary at Hyatt Residency on 23 January 2026, and the staff’s care made the occasion feel special from check-in, where we were welcomed with warm smiles and great service. They even surprised us with a small cake, balloons and a handwritten note. The room was spotless, spacious and nicely decorated in a modern style. The comfortable bed and peaceful setting made it easy to relax. Breakfast offered a delicious, well-presented range of fresh local and international choices, and attentive service made the evening feel special as well. Staff were friendly and professional whenever we asked for directions or recommendations. Special thanks to Deepak, Aakash and Aadil. We had an amazing, unforgettable stay and highly recommend Hyatt Residency for a comfortable, luxurious visit, especially for an anniversary. We can’t wait to come back!
