The place itself was decent and clean, but the owner was rude and didn’t know how to treat guests. It wasn’t worth the money, and the strange policies were only disclosed after we paid. He called us at 4am and told us to leave, saying we were loud, though nobody had asked us to keep quiet before then. There were girls with us, and he called my female friend at that hour to tell her to vacate. He also expected us to mop the floors. In the morning, he demanded 20k because of the noise. It felt like he was looking for ways to extort money from us after behaving so badly. All in all, the owner is a buzzkill and won’t let you enjoy your stay, just makes it worse.

HydeWest Gurgaon is a small, beautifully maintained property away from the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and made for a comfortable stay. Ankit and his team gave us a warm welcome and responded quickly to our needs. Breakfast was fresh and warm. The selection is limited for now, but what they serve is worthwhile and enough. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again. I’d recommend giving it a try.

There’s no option to give zero stars, or I would have chosen it. My mother and we were staying here for what was meant to be a week, but we rushed out after just two days. The owner was heartless. We were scared and not in the right state of mind, but he insisted we couldn’t have visitors, even though the visitors were me and my brother. He seemed to just want to make money from us. He kept the visiting charges and didn’t return the money he owed us. Medical travelers, beware and don’t stay here.

My family loved staying here for two days. It’s a really nice place, super clean, and the staff provide great service. We had a very pleasant stay.
