Golf Course Road was a very convenient location for what I needed. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were courteous. The room was clean, with the usual comfortable Sweet Bed™. Housekeeping was wonderful too. It was a comfortable stay for the value, and I appreciate the team’s work keeping the property in good shape. Thanks for the hospitality. I may stay again in the future.

Chef Shivpal and Chef Neeraj were very accommodating with special food preferences and custom requests, doing their best to make what you ask for. The food was fresh, tasty and nicely presented. At Spice It Restaurant, Ibis Gurgaon, Balram and Deepanshu provided exceptional service, with professionalism, attentiveness and a real willingness to go the extra mile. Their work and the restaurant’s hospitality made the meal memorable. I highly recommend trying Spice It Restaurant at least once.

The outdoor seating area at Ibis is the best part for me. My friends and I can hang out and talk there all night instead of sitting in one closed room. The staff were always around to help. Special thanks to the cleaning team, Mr. Shaibaz and Mr.Rahul, for their hospitality and for cleaning our room every day. Coming back from work to a refreshing room made a difference. Thanks so much, Shaibaz and Rahul, for doing such a good job 😊

Breakfast was especially enjoyable, with delicious food and excellent hospitality. The chefs were respectful, professional and attentive, and the hotel service was excellent. Shivam, Balram and Varsha were courteous, friendly and well-mannered, and their service made the experience memorable. Special thanks to them.
