The owners need to be better organised and more professional if they want to deal fairly with customers. If a booking has been paid in full, they simply can't ask for extra money.

The washroom was clean and the geyser worked, but that was about it. The bedsheets weren't clean, the TV remotes didn't work, there was no wifi, and the AC made a very loud noise. Staff were just okay, and no food was available, so I was told to order through an online app. The rooms don't justify how expensive it is, and they ask for extra money at check-in even if you've booked through an app. Not a good place to stay.

They didn't give us the rooms shown in the booking photos. The manager told me to complain to customer care instead. An electric kettle was listed as included, but he said they didn't have one. The TVs weren't working either. When we complained, the manager said he'd send a technician, but nobody came before checkout. There were no buckets or mugs in the bathrooms, and they didn't provide the soap and shampoo toilet kits that are mandatory in oyo. The promised 24*7 service was a big lie. We called twice for help warming the baby's milk, and were told, "BHAI" "LADKA BAR BAR NAHI AYEGA EK BAR HI ME BATADO KYA KARNA HAI KYUKI LADKE KO JANA HAI". They never gave us water during our stay, so we brought our own from outside. When we asked, the manager rudely said, "SIR PANI NAHI HAI, PANI ANE ME TIME LAGEGA". No water came before checkout. Food was so costly that our one-night meal came to Rs. 1700, so be sure to eat elsewhere. The services are "PATHETIC", "BAKWAS" Ar "GHATIYA", and the behaviour is "RUDE". Never book this oyo that's supposedly called "SUITES", at 804 sec 47 gurugram.

The property and room were good 👍⚡, but they asked for more money than the amount shown in the OYO application. I don't understand why they've started charging extra beyond the quoted price.
