I’d already paid the full amount through the makemytrip app, and the staff had my reservation, but they still refused to give me a room without another ₹700. When I wouldn't pay, they wouldn't refund what I'd paid either. I believe the hotel has been suspended on the Oyo app and should be removed from the other apps too.

The rooms and service were terrible, and the washroom wasn't clean. Even the telephone was very dirty. They charged me for water bottles, although two bottles should be complimentary under the hospitality rules. Branson (OYO) Villa isn't worth the money.

The location is so inconvenient that you'll need a cab to get anywhere. Inside, the receptionist came across more like a hostel warden than a friendly host, and even speaking loudly seemed unwelcome. The walls are thin, the beds noisy, the lighting poor enough that you might need candles, and there was no Wi-Fi. (Someone keeps their hotspot on all the time.) A very disappointing place for a house party in Gurgaon.

The location is hard to reach, and the rooms have poor architecture and ambience. Service was very bad, and the staff were discourteous, uncooperative and uncouth. I'd tell people to stay away if they want to avoid a really unpleasant experience.
