There wasn't a TV in the room, and the cleanliness and upkeep were poor. The beds were dirty, and I found a used condom packet in the dustbin. It was a disappointing stay.

After traveling 18 KM to OYO Nova Dumas Homestay, I was told I'd need to pay another ₹500 to get the room, despite an OYO executive confirming early check-in for an extra 30% (₹240). The reception staff were rude and seemed focused only on money, and the location is far out on the outskirts. I tried contacting OYO several times but got no response. I ended up cancelling and lost ₹200 in cancellation charges, along with fuel and time. A very bad experience. I wouldn't book this place again. ❌

The cafe outside the hotel is too good, and the caretaker is always ready to help. It's close to Dumas beach, and I had a comfortable stay.

The room and location were nice, and the staff behaved well. Wifi, TV, and Gyser were all working, and the food was good too. I'd recommend staying here 😊

Watch out if booking through Oyo. The rooms have no hygiene, and there are Bed Bugs.
