My booking was shifted automatically to another hotel, "De Pearl", without a phone call. OYO only sent a message, and the new place was very far from my son's exam centre. When I called De Pearl before check-in, they said they only accepted offline bookings, not online ones. OYO sorted it out after I called, though there was no OYO contact number on the booking receipt. In Room No.16, the wall had a filthy stain and the comod cover was broken. The receptionist was rude and refused my driving liscence and even my Indian Passport as identity proof, insisting on Adhar Card only. I felt he may have been harassing me because I'd complained to OYO about the refusal to accept online booking. Both OYO and the hotel gave me a bad experience.

For Mr. Satish Singh, Hotel Owner. On March 1, 2025, after I'd made a confirmed, prepaid Agoda booking, manager Mihir refused to honor the reservation without explaining why. He denied the hotel was affiliated with Agoda and wouldn't refund me. He also improperly restricted where I could wait. Unless this is resolved with a full refund and appropriate amends, I will file a formal consumer court complaint against both the hotel and Agoda.

The staff behaved poorly, and the service wasn't good. Cleaning wasn't done properly either.

A complete waste of time and money. The staff behaved very badly, with no human decency, and were rigid about check-in time. They wouldn't accept DigiLocker ID cards, and even though we had a lot of luggage, they demanded extra money for early checking.
