V Love Hotel

I had a confirmed reservation that was already paid for, but when I arrived to check in, they told me the hotel was overbooked and had no room. Since I was never given one, I can’t speak to the rooms themselves. The staff’s dismissive, unprofessional attitude was the worst part. A hotel that can’t manage its bookings shouldn’t be listed on booking platforms. I strongly advise travelers to avoid it so they don’t go through the same ordeal.

We booked three rooms, then at check-in they told us one had been given to someone else that morning. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, and the place didn’t feel professional for a stay. I’ve heard the good reviews may have been obtained by force. We cancelled on the spot and booked somewhere else. They also rent rooms to couples by the hour. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The hotel was very hard to find, and I could hear staff going in and out of the room next to mine. I’m not sure what was happening there, maybe it was used for storage or they lived in it. My own room was acceptably equipped and felt comfortable after renovation, considering Indian hotel standards. The staff were nice.

Power went out several times, and the staff didn’t respond. The service was very bad. I wouldn’t recommend it.
