The food at Hotel vetro inn is described as delicious, freshly prepared, and perfectly seasoned, with something to suit a wide range of tastes. Staff at top-rated hotels and restaurants are attentive and genuinely friendly, which adds comfort to the dining experience. The overall impression is summed up as “excellent,” “mediocre,” or “disappointing”.

Breakfast and the food were good. The receptionist helped us check in early, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Our spotless room had a great view, and the central location made everything accessible. It was near the railway station, and we couldn't fault the value for money.

The rooms felt spacious and were nicely designed, with premium amenities. The whole hotel was clean and well kept, and the staff were professional and ready to help. I also really enjoyed the food, with plenty of tasty choices. From arrival onward, the hospitality was top-notch. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel VETRO INN and would recommend it for comfort, luxury, and good service.

I found Vetro Inn to be good value for the price, and I’d stay there again on another trip to Surat. The staff were courteous and helpful, and I had no issues with housekeeping or room service. My room was clean and roomy, with a dedicated desk for emails or meeting prep. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, and the atmosphere felt calm and professional. The food was fresh and flavorful, whether I chose Gujarati or North Indian dishes. The live counters were kept hygienic too. Breakfast starts at 8 AM and has a buffet with live counters, while dinner buffet begins at 8 PM, which was convenient around a business schedule. The hotel seemed especially suited to a short business visit of 2-3 days, with comfortable rooms and timely service.
