They keep asking for advance payment each day if you stay longer. Otherwise, you have to pay daily. The staff and manager are very unprofessional, especially Dimple, who behaves badly with customers. I’m very disappointed. I’d give them zero. The bedsheets and towels are given out without dry cleaning, and they served used upholstery. Disgusting.

At check-in, they asked me to pay 1200 for a very cheap room, even though you can book it on oyo for 512rs. If I could rate it below one star, I’d give zero.

I’ve stayed at this hotel regularly for the past 2 years, but the service has changed over the last few months. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the bedsheets were dirty, and the power kept going out. I think this will be my last trip here.

The room was good, and the location worked well for an overnight stop. But there was no soap and no hospitality. The bedsheet was unclean, the bathroom smelled a little, and the mat outside it didn’t dry your feet.

The hotel was very good, but the A.C wasn’t working and there was no TV in that room.
