The staff were good, towels were available, and there was a spare room key. They let us change rooms if we weren't comfortable. Water cost 20rs per bottle. The rooms were very narrow. The first one smelled of smoke, so we changed rooms; the next felt hot because of the glass outside, though the AC worked okay. There was no fan regulator, and the only charging board was the TV outlet, mounted high. No cupboard either. The bathroom wasn't clean: I found someone else's brush and soap, the washroom was dirty, and there was no soap provided. A zero-volt bulb gave almost no light. The toilet flush leaked, though it worked, and the AC was noisy.

There was no sense of security or privacy, and sound carried easily from the next room. My experience was the worst. The room was filthy and tiny, maybe only 8*6. The bathroom and washroom were dirty, there was no hot water, and it was dark. I can't recommend it.

Bring your own towel. There was no Wi-Fi, hot water, charging point, or wash basin, and the TV had no power.

The location is convenient, with a bus service nearby and shops close by where we could buy what we needed.
