The rooms weren't clean and the staff didn't provide good service. The receptionist also looked at my wife in a very inappropriate way. This hotel was very bad, so find another place to stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Lotus, with clean, comfortable rooms. Anurag at reception was especially helpful, polite, and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend it.😊

The rooms were extremely unhygienic. This was the worst hotel stay I've had, so avoid it at all costs.
