Fabhotel Udhna Inn

We didn't get our rooms until 4 pm, even though we had booked back in November. When we arrived at 2:30, every room was occupied. There was no lift, and no hot water at the tap; they brought a bucket of hot water after we asked. The breakfast, ordered from outside, was awful, and there was no food service or tea and coffee. A terrible stay. Fab should cut ties with this place before it damages the brand's reputation.

The restaurant only seemed to have fast food, with no healthy options, and the hotel is tucked well inside the area. In the room, red and black ants were everywhere, including on the stained sheets. It was untidy and poorly maintained, with no hot water or toiletries. Service was disappointing too, nobody seemed to care. Nothing good about this hotel. Think twice before booking.

The hotel doesn't look anything like the photos. The bath mat was filthy, and the sheets, duvet and pillowcases were so dirty I couldn't sleep until I asked them to change everything. They did replace the linen when I requested service. I don't think they change it every day. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Breakfast was two parathas and tea, which was okay.

What we got was more like a cheap lodge than a hotel. The rooms were dirty, smelled bad, and looked about 15 years old. Even the bedding was in bad shape. The online photos don't come close to showing the actual place. Our booked room had already been given to someone else, so they moved us and handed it over after what felt like a token cleaning. They seem to accept double bookings. I wouldn't recommend it.
