The AC speed couldn't be lowered, and when we raised that and the TV problem, staff were dismissive at first. They offered a room change only 12 hours before checkout, then the manager said he wouldn't charge us for the change. We arrived quite late and didn't really have another option, so we stayed the three days with family. The room and bed were so small that after they added an extra mattress there was barely room to walk. It feels more like a couples' hotel than a family one, and seeing rooms rented by the hour gives you a sense of the place. I wouldn't choose this hotel for a family trip.

The manager was the worst of the irresponsible staff, and had no courtesy when speaking to me. I was close to calling the police. In the bathtub room, water leaked through the glass window, and the doorbell was more like a hell bell. Using the geyser or extra electricity could make the lights cut out, and you couldn't enjoy the bathtub with your partner. I found the service terrible. Don't book here, choose another hotel in Surat.

I stayed for a few weeks and had fabulous service from the staff. Nirant group gave me an amazing vacation stay, and the price was unbeatable. The location was convenient for visiting city sights, and it'd be a perfect place for a day, a week, a month, or even a year. Thank you.

The manager, an older man, had no courtesy when speaking to me. I was about to call the police. Please don't stay at this hotel, pick somewhere else.
