Collection O 45131 Rajgreen Celebration

We were moved here from another bad OYO hotel, and arrived with a group of 60 facing the same room problems: dirty rooms, blood on the sheets, and hair on the beds and floors. After waiting five hours and being told things would be fixed, I only got my key at midnight. The balcony door wouldn't shut. Staff first said it was designed that way, then admitted they couldn't close it and couldn't move me. Construction behind the hotel carried on until 11pm, with intense noise, so don't expect sleep. I left without support, and the manager insisted nothing was wrong with any of the rooms.

The WiFi was unusable, there was water leaking, and the set-top box never got fixed while I was there. At night there was no hot water, so I had to bathe cold. Oyo certified Hotel rajgreens celebration as collection O, which is why I booked it, but the stay was terrible. Even a cheaper place costing 400-500rs would give better service.

We'd paid the full amount in advance, but the guests were asked for ₹5,800 at checkout while we weren't there. We only found out three days later. They'd also given one of the rooms we'd arranged for our guests to someone else before the guests arrived at midnight, and our special setup was still in that room. One of the worst hotel experiences.

The room interiors looked good and the place was clean, but that's the only positive. There was no drinking water, and the kitchen was shut at lunch, so we had to order in. Service was painfully slow, even getting a plate at lunch could take until dinner. No hot water, no cable TV because they hadn't paid for the subscription, and the door cards usually didn't work.
