The hotel is in a good spot, and the newer building has modern-looking rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast has a decent selection, but the food itself needs more flavor. My papaya was underripe and the poha was bland, both easy things to improve. I also noticed mold forming in the bathroom, so maintenance needs attention before it gets worse.

Arnob made our 10th wedding anniversary especially memorable. He looked after us so well in the restaurant, with thoughtful touches and attentive, courteous service at every meal. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and good value, and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere. The rest of our stay at Park Inn by Radisson (Surat) was just as comfortable. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the whole team made us feel welcome and cared for. We had a wonderful visit and would happily return.

The in-house restaurant was a letdown. The food was bland and lacked quality, which didn't feel up to Radisson standards. It was disappointing given how comfortable and pleasant the stay was. Staff service was good, and the conference facilities make the hotel convenient for business events and meetings.

Ms. Maya and Chef Sanjana deserve special thanks for the hospitality. When I asked for a Nutella pancake with banana slices, Chef Sanjana went out of her way to make it for me. That personal attention made me feel valued and made the stay memorable. The food was delicious, and I had a wonderful experience at Park Inn by Radisson Surat. The whole team provided a high standard of service, and I'd recommend the hotel.

Whenever I come to Surat, I usually choose this place. The rooms are good, the location is great, the food is my favorite, and there's a good cafe. They serve vegetarian food only. The staff are nice too, especially Janaki and himanshu from Utarakhand on the helpline. I often see foreigners staying here.
