We were struggling just to get drinking water, and basic hospitality was missing throughout. I’d come to India from abroad feeling excited, but my time here at Hotel Yuvraj completely took that excitement away. The service was pathetic, and a woman in a senior role behaved in a way I found completely unprofessional. She didn’t seem to know how to speak to customers or understand the hospitality business. There was no courtesy, accountability, or real effort to help. Very disappointing, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Best wishes to the hotel. The rooms are nice and the other services are good as well. It’s about a five-minute walk from the station, or roughly ten minutes to reach the hotel.

I’m from the city and went to the hotel to meet a client staying there. The person at reception was very rude and completely unprofessional. I’ve visited many hotels, and this person’s behavior was not what you’d expect from hotel staff. It seemed like they didn’t want the business. I’d ask the owner to look into staff training or bring in people who are polite and professional.

Click Hotel Yuvraj- Surat has more than 50 rooms, and they’re spacious and luxurious, with modern amenities at affordable rates. Cinnamon, the in-house restaurant, serves tasty pure vegetarian dishes from multiple cuisines, and breakfast is complimentary. There are also several banquet halls, so the property suits business meetings and private parties. It’s a hidden gem, just a two-minute walk from Surat station.

A handy budget stay close to the business areas. Housekeeping is good, and the necessary amenities are there. The rooms are compact, though they’ve kept this older property well maintained.
