Central Beacon Hotel Surat

Vijay from the front office team made my stay especially comfortable and memorable. He helped me throughout and treated me like family, with so much kindness and warmth. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Beacon and would definitely stay there again.🩷

The breakfast was the worst part. Not one item was good: the poha had no taste, the sambhar had no flavor, and nothing else was edible. People left the free breakfast and ordered food from outside. During my 24-hour stay, I also found the room very small and suffocating, and it didn’t feel like being in a hotel. The place wasn’t hygienic, service was poor, and the staff weren’t welcoming. The lift was very slow and its fan didn’t work. The price was far too high for that service. It was a terrible experience, and I’d never recommend this hotel.

The food may disappoint depending on what you order. I stayed two nights, and the room was spacious, clean, and had the basic amenities. The central bus station and railway station are nearby and easy to reach.

Breakfast was included but didn’t arrive on time. At 8.15 in the morning, they still couldn’t serve the buffet, and the staff showed no responsibility or professionalism. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, so staying there felt unhygienic. The place was badly managed and not worth a penny. Services were a joke, and even the towels were so old I didn’t want to use them. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I strongly advise people to avoid it, and they really need to change the staff and towels.
