The front desk and management were polite, attentive, and cooperative with everything I needed. I was in the Hazira industrial belt on business, and GreenOtel Rooms made the daily commute easy since it sits right on the Hazira-Surat main road. After work, the spacious, modern room and thoughtful furniture were comfortable to come back to. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for my remote tasks. If you’re visiting nearby corporate hubs or taking the Hazira-Ghogha Ro-Ro ferry, the convenience and value are hard to beat. Highly recommended.

There was no service, and despite reminding them ahead of our visit, they hadn’t cleaned or maintained the room. We arrived tired at 10pm with no other option. The room was dirty and smelly, and the washroom smelled awful. We had to switch rooms because there were so many cockroaches. It felt like an unclean apartment with too many rooms on one floor. Don’t book these apartment rooms.

Being right on the highway didn’t make up for what a nightmare this was. The rooms were dirty, smelly, and seedy, and the toilet was filthy. Service was nonexistent, and the staff were completely unprofessional. One guy played reels on his phone right outside our room all night. We complained, but nothing was done. Booking here was a terrible decision. Don’t stay here with family, especially if you have young children.

The staff were good, and the room was kept properly clean. A great place to stay near AMNS Hazira.
