Food is available nearby, and the railway station is only 500 meters away on foot. The rooms were quite clean and good, and the toilets were clean and big enough for a one or two day stay. Some rooms don't have ventilation. There is no geyser in the washrooms, but they'll provide a bucket of hot water in the room for free if needed, so it's not a big issue.

I stayed for two days and they didn't give me a bill. The staff behaved very badly, the rooms were very bad, and there was no hot water. Worst hotel in surat. Please don't stay there or take a room.

For the price, it's a good hotel. The staff are awesome, and although the rooms are small, they're clean and well maintained.

The room was very bad and very expensive. I had no other option, so they charged me a very high tariff and gave me one bedroom for two people.

They charged 400ra extra for a couple of hours because check-in is at 12 PM. There was no towel, soap, or shampoo, and I'm still waiting for someone to bring me another room after I asked to move 30 minutes ago. Nobody has come to check, and reception has stopped answering calls. The so-called "Deluxe room" is one of the smallest I've ever stayed in. It's dirty, the washroom isn't clean, and the AC doesn't work. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
