The Long D Hotel and Banquet

The place was cramped, and when we got to the room, the remote and food menu were missing. There was no privacy, and I felt very unsafe because I could smell marijuana right outside my door. That isn’t usual in India. The hotel says it’s smoke free, but we smelled cigarettes and marijuana the whole time. We called the front desk and still got no action or follow up. I expected a gem, but this was a huge disappointment. Never again, Surat. I’m done.

Dinner at Hotel Long D was delicious, and we all had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Everything was arranged and managed really well. A heartfelt thanks to Darshani for the excellent setup. Your effort and dedication were commendable. Thank you again! 😊 Nirav. 🙏🙏

The food was very good, and everyone attending enjoyed it. We recently held a meeting at The Long - D Hotel & Banquet, where the spacious, well-kept hall was just right for a professional gathering. The atmosphere was pleasant and the arrangements went smoothly. It’s a great spot for meetings, events, and gatherings. Highly recommended!

We were charged ₹400 for a yellow stain on a towel we hadn’t used. The stains were already there when we checked in, though we didn’t report them at the time. They blamed us and made us pay without even checking with housekeeping. Even for a small stain, ₹400 is ridiculous. Towels are for guests to use, so do they expect us not to use them? This was our first night as a newly married couple, and false accusations ruined it. The staff were rude, took no responsibility, and showed no respect for customers. It felt like a clear scam. Pathetic, completely unprofessional experience. Worst ever. Stay away.
