The hotel itself was good, but I only stayed because I had no other option. The room was clean, though tiny, and far too costly for its size and amenities. Even after bargaining, I paid 1600 rupees for it without complimentary breakfast. They should bring the price down.

A Google map issue led to me booking here by mistake. The building seemed recently renovated and smelled of fresh paint, and the rooms are very small. I didn't get a single double bed. There were no toiletries, no kettle, and the TV was unplugged and just for show. The manager doesn't know how to talk to customers. At 2200rs, it feels like a scam and isn't worth 3 Star or the price. It should be below 1000rs.

The staff were very rude, and the owner had too much attitude. It was a very bad experience, and I'll never go again. Guys, don't go. There are too many other room or dormitory options near Surat railway station, so don't go to hotel surat.

I booked a room a few days ago for one night. When I arrived to check in, the person at reception told me no room was available and that I could check in after 12 o'clock. I'm mentioning this because of the way he said it, like I was begging for a room.
