Asif and Aman deserve a special mention for being supportive and keeping everything well managed during my stay. The staff were professional, cooperative, and always ready to help. Hotel Excellency was excellent from beginning to end, with clean, neat, well-maintained rooms and a spacious layout that made it comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted great, and dinner was delicious with proper service. I highly recommend Hotel Excellency for comfort, good food, and outstanding service.

The swimming pool was very nice, and we were allowed to celebrate a birthday in the hotel area, including a barbecue. The staff were kind and professional, communication was excellent, and they worked hard to find the best solutions. They accommodated all our requests and delivered everything we'd agreed on in advance. We also really appreciated that they adjusted the menu to suit European tastes and preferences. We were extremely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

I stayed here on government duty for the Vibrant Gujarat summit and was impressed with the service. Harshit and Asif at reception made check-in and the stay seamless. They were professional and understood hospitality well. My room was consistently clean and well-maintained, a comfortable place to return to after a long workday. Breakfast had a great variety and was very good. Highly recommended for official visits!
