The room felt unsafe and neglected: there were no railings on the stairs, the bathroom looked risky, the bed was strange, and there were webs around the room. It was also unclean and hard to locate despite being roadside. The website photo was completely misleading because the hotel looked nothing like it. Fabhotels are meant to be good, but this was the opposite. The worst stay, and not suitable for solo travellers. If zero stars were an option, I’d give that.

We were turned away when we arrived on 15th September, even though I’d booked and paid an advance of around 850/- through FAB HOTELS on 13th September for 15th to 17th September. Reception said they couldn’t give us the room at that rate and wanted more money. I contacted Mr. Santosh at FAB HOTELS to explain and sort it out, but nothing happened. After travelling for 12 hours, we sat there for half an hour with no response, and they still wouldn’t let us check in. The hotel staff didn’t even offer water. I never got my refund, and no one helped me get it from Fab Hotels. Please don’t book this hotel online by any means. They’re playing games with customers.

I was forced to pay again just to get into the room I’d booked. I’d reserved one night through FabHotels for 7th August 2025, with ₹452 paid upfront toward the ₹1,505 total. At the property, the owner rudely refused to accept that pre-payment and demanded another ₹1,307. I showed the proof and contacted FabHotels support, but got no help. The manager was rude and had no manners. I still haven’t received a refund. This feels like either a scam or serious mismanagement, and both the hotel and FabHotels acted completely unprofessionally. I’d give negative marks if I could. Avoid this place.

I’m really happy with my stay. The service was good, and the staff were good too.
