OYO 12247 Hotel Royal Rituals

Hotel Royal Rituals is conveniently close to Surat Airport, in the lively Vesu area near VR Mall and local eateries. I felt safe and well looked after, and thought it was good value for money for business or family travel. I'll book again on my next visit to Surat. The food was a real plus. Breakfast had a delicious spread with a good range of vegetarian choices, and in-room dining was excellent. I also liked the complimentary bottled water and the 24-hour room service option. My room was surprisingly spacious, spotless, and well maintained, with efficient air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. Right from check-in, the staff were warm and professional, and took care of my needs promptly. A fantastic stay at Hotel Royal Rituals in Surat.

The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast came with lots of choices. I also found the location peaceful, while still close to major attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and ready to help with a smile. I'd recommend it to families and solo travelers.

The rooms and location are very good, and the staff were excellent. My issue was with the owners. They're uncooperative and speak in very bad, vulgar language. After a small dispute, the owner's son started abusing us and raised his hand as if to hit us. The room rates weren't what we'd been told or shown, and the rooms were provided for much less than we expected. I recorded the incident, but couldn't upload the video. It shows how they behave and speak to customers. DM me if you'd like to see it. Please think carefully before booking. Don't trust these owners, they're ridiculous and don't speak respectfully.

The welcome at check-in was warm, and the service stayed good throughout. They even served me free breakfast at 10:30 am, though breakfast was meant to run from 8 to 10. It's in a quiet, posh part of Vesu with a superb location. Happy to come again if I'm in Surat.
