Fabexpress Happy Rooms

The staff were unresponsive, the rooms were in poor condition, and there were rats everywhere. They don’t clean regularly. I stayed four days and got sick from drinking their water. I was charged for a month but had to leave after just four days. Please don’t stay at this horrendous place.

The location is good, and the cost is about right. I wouldn’t suggest it for families.

The hotel looks neat, the rooms are well-kept, and the service is really good.

I only rented a room to freshen up. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was in terrible condition. When I raised it, a staff member rudely said, “Aisa hi Hain.” After I checked in, I found a used condom in the bathroom. This doesn’t feel safe for families. There was no GST bill either. I was surprised that 80% of the reviews were from women. We made a mistake booking here. The hotel is tied up with Feb Hotel, what a selection.
