I was charged for checking in early in the morning, though they still had rooms available. The rooms are very spacious, with a sofa, wardrobe, tea table, bed, large mirror, separate wash basins, and bathroom. Hot water was available, and the AC worked great, with better cooling than at other 3-4 star hotels. The place is on the fourth floor of a shopping plaza on Vesu Canal Road, a very posh location. The whole floor is for the hotel, and other customers can’t access it. The features and service are like other OYO hotels. Finding a woman’s hair on the bed or sofa was disappointing, and the rooms need more cleaning. They don’t allow outside food deliveries, which is a downside. Apart from that, things were better than I expected.

Can I give zero stars? Seriously, don’t go there, for your own sake. They asked us for three times the price listed on the website, and it wasn’t worth even half that much. The way they spoke was so rude, I didn’t even want to stand there.

The rooms felt very safe, and the manager was a good person. The staff were also great. If we asked them for something, they’d get it done in 5-6 minutes. Best hotel I’ve ever seen.

If you check in half an hour early, they charge 30 to 35% of the total amount. The service is poor and room service is bogus. There’s no free cancellation, and they charge a heavy amount. Don’t pay in advance or you could get stuck dealing with this hotel and its service.

There’s no pantry, and outside food isn’t allowed, so the only food you can get is from the outlet they’ve chosen. The bedsheets were dirty and stained. The staff had no decency and provided no service. When we were five minutes late checking out, they threatened to make us leave the hotel. The owner verbally abused my father. Pathetic hotel and staff.
