We couldn't get help at night, despite repeated attempts, because no receptionist or support staff were available. The room was uncomfortable and unhygienic: the AC didn't work, and there was a strong cockroach pesticide or insecticide smell throughout. There was a constant unpleasant odor from the room and surrounding area. The sheets had urine and blood stains, plus small pebbles and dirt. There were blood and ink marks on the walls, and the dustbin had pan masala spit residue, so it hadn't been cleaned properly. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and support made this unsuitable for a pleasant stay.

The location and room interior are good, but what use is that when the AC and TV don't work? The room also had tea and coffee making supplies. Breakfast was included, but our order of 3 aloo paratha, 3 poha, 3 coffee, and 3 tea took 45 minutes. Not worth staying, and I'd never suggest this hotel again.

The staff were friendly and supportive, and the room was neat and well maintained. It was a comfortable, hassle-free stay, and I had a good experience.

The room was too small and unclean, and there was no soap or shampoo. The switch board didn't work, and neither did the Geser, so there was no hot water in the morning. I checked out without a bath. Breakfast was included but wasn't ready by checkout time. There wasn't a stul in the bathroom, and no hotel staff or boy was on the premises in the morning. Nobody was at reception either. The service was most faltu.

Everything else was okay, but the service was bad. For a business trip, this was pathetic: we ordered breakfast, they forgot, and after waiting two hours we had to remind them we still hadn't received it. Even then, they were late bringing it.
