The complimentary breakfast has lots of variety, and what you get for the reasonable price is amazing. It’s a great budget hotel close to the textile market and main bazar, with everything up to the mark. A must stay place for everyone.

There’s free dedicated parking in the building basement, which is a real comfort in this dense, busy part of Surat. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floors and has plenty of rooms, in Economy, Executive, and Delulxe categories. It’s a budget option in a lively area near Linear Bus Stand and the flyover. Management is transparent and professional, focused on customer needs, and the staff are polite and well trained. They serve snacks, breakfast, and food in the room. Cleanliness and tidiness are good. If you want fairly priced accommodation with ethically sound people and value for money service, this place fits.

I arrived at 5 am for my pre-booked room, but the hotel lift wasn’t coming, so I used another lift. Staff then told me to go back to ground level and take the hotel lift because they couldn’t open their gates without the keys. About a minute later they managed to open the gates and let me in. I asked for the manager, and the person there called himself the manager, but was arrogant and rude. He wouldn’t even tell me his name at first, then later said he was Mr DINESH. That kind of rudeness has no place in hotel business. I won’t return or recommend this place.

It’s close to the railway station and came with complimentary breakfast, which are the positives. It’s a budget hotel inside a commercial building, but I found the room expensive for its size and service. They called it deluxe, though it was so small that it only fit one double bed, with no room for an extra chair. For two people it cost Rs. 1800 plus GST, around Rs. 2000 a night, which felt expensive.
