Townhouse 714 Park Celebration

There was no food, tea, or coffee available, and the room service was so poor that you had to go down to reception for help. The reception phone doesn't work after 8 pm. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, and it felt like staying in a boys' hostel with a warden. They seemed to care only about couples using a room for an hour or two, not their other customers.

It's a good property, but the service wasn't good. The comforters were dirty, and even after I asked for a replacement, they gave me another dirty one. Keeping a property maintained matters a lot in hospitality. They also don't give even one water bottle free.

The rooms are okay, but very old, with lots of rust. You have to ask for every single thing. There were no toiletries and no AC remote in the room, and the bedsheet in the replacement room had blood on it. The first room door wouldn't open at all, so we had to go downstairs to sort it out, then they moved us to another room. Customer desk service and room management were poor.

The OYO 78414 Collection O Anant Celebration has plenty of space, but booking below Rs.1200/night may lead to a problem at check-in. They wouldn't let me check in and argued for more money. The night reception staff weren't welcoming, and I had to carry my luggage to the room by myself. The quilt had blood spots. I stayed only 6 hrs and didn't complain, since I felt nobody would bother even if I did.
