OYO Flagship 36956 La Casa Hotel & Banquets

They gave us just one towel for two people, and only after I had to beg for it. The staff handled things terribly and had no manners. I’ve stayed here twice. The first time, my clothes went missing; the second time, it was my charger. When I called about it, the manager answered, then stopped picking up my calls. Watch out for the man usually sitting at reception in a cap, who is the manager.

The place is quiet and peaceful, away from the city's noise, and the rates are the best around. It's pet-friendly too, so you can bring your pet. Mr Yash Parmar, the owner, is down to earth and treats guests really well. I recommend it.

I felt safe there, and both the location and reception were good. The service was a little slow, though, and there was no AC remote in the room.

The room and service were great, and the food was good at a very reasonable price. My phone connection was poor, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work.
