Cockroaches in the room, damp walls, and no hot water made this a terrible place to stay. The pillow and blanket were torn, mineral water wasn’t available, and nobody responded to the intercom. I’d pay a few hundred more for somewhere comfortable. I’d never choose this accommodation again.

The receptionist kindly showed us several rooms so we could choose one that matched our booking. They were quite small and felt cramped. I suppose that’s passable for the price, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked and paid online, but on arrival the receptionist, Raj, said there were no rooms. Once we showed our booking, he said there was a room but no power. We asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t give one. When we asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager was asleep, though he eventually called him. The manager also refused to refund us, even though they hadn’t updated the online bookings and that was what caused the hassle. We had to call the booking site’s customer service to sort it out. It wasted our time and was extremely inconvenient. Raj and the manager were helpless and unwilling to offer a solution. The place wasn’t clean, and the staff weren’t considerate. Stay elsewhere, even if it costs a little more.

Room 416 had no lock. When I asked at reception, they just said that it didn’t lock, like everyone was meant to know, and claimed no other room locked either for “security” purposes. I felt extremely unsafe. The rooms were tiny, had no windows, and were nothing like the pictures. Please don’t go here.
