Breakfast took far too long. I told the staff an hour ahead, but it arrived only after I called three times. The room was also uncomfortable, with dirty bedsheets and no windows or proper ventilation. The flush didn't work, so I had to use a bucket, and precaution packets and used materials had been left in the room. Staff had no satisfactory response when I brought up these issues. The power went out at night, and staff said they didn't know when it would come back. There was no proper backup. After nearly two hours, they finally switched on the inverter, which was a major inconvenience. Hygiene, maintenance, and service were all far below expectations. The whole stay was very disappointing.

I travelled solo from Kerala, and the staff were polite, humble, and very cooperative. They suggested good places for food and shopping, along with famous places to visit in surat. There were plenty of room types to choose from, and my room was clean and hygienic. It was a very nice stay.

I've been here for four days, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well maintained. I have a leg disability, and the staff have been very cooperative. They helped arrange taxis and auto rickshaws, and got food from nearby restaurants for me since I can't go there myself.

The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a large bathtub, and it was one of the best parts of the suite. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around. Food delivery from nearby restaurants was convenient and worked fine, though there is no in-house dining. We stayed in a Suite Room at HOTEL THE PARKER INN by KBNT Group. The stay was decent, but the room felt underwhelming for the price. The wall colors seemed off, and tape marks and residue were visible on the walls. Better attention to the decor and upkeep would help it feel more premium.
