The place didn’t look like the photos on booking.com. It was missing basic things like an electric kettle, and when I asked for hot water, they said they couldn’t arrange any.

The room was very dirty, service was awful, and the person at reception was rude. The area around the hotel wasn’t good either. Honestly, I’d give zero stars if I could. Don’t get caught by this scam or book here if you don’t want to suffer. It shouldn’t even be called a hotel. A very honest review from me: never book this place.

We had to find another hotel at the last minute after the manager or receptionist handling the phone treated us badly. Before booking, I called to check whether a check-in after 11:30 pm would be okay since we were coming from Chennai. He said it was no problem and asked me not to book through booiking.com. I said we only use booking.com for safety, then messaged the hotel through this app to confirm late check-in, and they agreed. We only asked to arrive late, not for a discount, and were ready to pay in full. After we sent our ID proofs on WhatsApp, the staff said they’d only offer us a second-floor room with no lift. We asked for a lower floor because there were three women with us and one was elderly and couldn’t climb stairs. The receptionist said we were already disturbing them at night, that he could have given us the still-available ground-floor room if we’d come earlier, but now they couldn’t. He also said we could cancel if we didn’t want it and wouldn’t find good hotels because they were the only one. Please take action against this hotel or reduce its ratings.

Everything was good, including the staff members and their behavior.
